This firm
is the successor of the oldest continuing
legal practice in Namibia. It was started
by the late Justizrat Dr. Albert Stark
during 1904 who was joined by the late
Charles Robert Crozier Fisher, a South
African lawyer in the late 1919’s.
In 1952 John Gay Quarmby joined the said
Fisher as partner. The partnership of
Fisher, Quarmby & Pfeifer today consists
of Eckart Hermann Pfeifer, Graham Stuart
McCulloch, Christiaan Johan Gouws, Adriana
Jacoba Van Der Merwe, Floris Petrus Coetzee
and Alwyn Abraham Harmse, assisted by
Leigh-Anne Agnew-Clayton.
The firm is pro-active and
service driven.
The firm is the exclusive
member in Namibia of Terralex,
